Board President

John is the Business Development Manager for Western US Accounts at DHS Group. Formerly, John held senior account and director-level positions at both Petris Technology and Oxand, Inc. John is a member of Southwest Benefits Association, The Society of Petroleum Engineering, Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and Texas Cowboys. He is a Life Bible Study Teacher and serves Family Legacy Ministries, His Grace Foundation, and the Houston Business Coalition on Health. John is a graduate of UT Austin. He and his wife, Janet, have five children.

Mike is a business development leader who helps industrial organizations solve problems related to risk and compliance. A chemical engineer out of Louisiana State University, Mike works closely with colleagues to define problems, articulate business risks, and evaluate analytics with subject matter experts in order to build a strategic solution that drives operational excellence. Mike was a co-founder of the annual His Grace Foundation golf tournament. He enjoys spending time with his 3 grandchildren.

 
Marianne Lines

Board Member

Marianne is the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety Consulting at Arcadis, an engineering and management consulting company. She previously ran a golf tournament company, where she helped community leaders cultivate donor loyalty and increase overall financial giving. As a nonprofit Executive Director, Marianne launched a multi-million dollar capital campaign, rendering the organization financially independent within two years. She has served on and chaired several nonprofit and industry trade association boards.

Chris is the Vice President of Business Development for The Americas at Wings Travel Management, which specializes in enabling organizations to mobilize their people efficiently, reliably and safely to practically anywhere on earth. Chris is an active member of Global Business Travel Association which promotes the business travel industry, as well as the Delta Chi Fraternity. A proud Texas State Bobcat (class of 2001), Chris and his wife, Elizabeth reside in Cypress and have two children.

Jonathan is the Senior Manager of Client Development for Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services. He is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, Building Owner and Manager’s Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management and several other real estate organizations. A graduate of both Texas State University in San Marcos Texas and Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana, Jonathan volunteers his time supporting youth sports and fine arts in and around Houston. He and his wife Sara have two children.




 
Rebecca Gentry

Rebecca is Assistant Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at the University of Houston, overseeing campaign strategy, communications, donor relations, events and volunteer programs in the office of University Advancement. Previously, she held advancement leadership positions in museums, historic homes, and foundations in Washington, DC and Miami. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Rebecca is an active volunteer with the Junior League, Houston Symphony, Salvation Army Guild, Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, and others.
 
Erin Kiltz

Erin Kiltz

Founder

Erin co-founded His Grace Foundation with her husband, John, in 1997, and co-founded Wheels of Fun, a company that creates custom spoke guard covers for wheelchairs, in 2006. Each of these endeavors was inspired by the youngest of the Kiltz’ three children, Gracie (the namesake of His Grace Foundation) who was born with Down Syndrome, battled leukemia, and suffered complications from treatment that resulted in a severe brain injury. Erin is now the Executive Director of Brookwood in Georgetown, a vocational community for adults with disabilities.

John is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Stonelake Capital Partners. He directs the firm’s institutional investment and acquisition program. In 1997, John co-founded His Grace Foundation with his wife, Erin. He received his undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin and his Masters of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. John currently serves as a Board Member of Brookwood in Georgetown and The Brookwood Community of Houston.
