COVID-19 Response

During the COVID-19 pandemic, His Grace Foundation cannot enter the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit or drop off groceries, necessities, or meals to families. This breaks our hearts as it drastically changes the ways we care for patients and families. However, we are committed to continuing to serve them so that they know they have not been forgotten.

Please watch this short video from HGF Board Member, Cathy Marquis, whose daughter was a patient on the BMTU. She gives such a helpful glimpse into life behind those doors of isolation, and speaks to the way that something like COVID-19 would have added remarkable stress to their already difficult life.

Collect Gift Cards

Through social media, text messages or whatever socially distanced form of communication you prefer, encourage friends and family to purchase gift cards in the range of $10-75 for patients and families on the BMTU. They could email you a gift card and you print them and mail them to HGF, or they could Venmo/PayPal you a contribution toward a gift card that you purchase and send to us.

Gift Cards to Walmart, Amazon & Target will enable HGF to continue weekly shopping trips, which means so much for families facing such severe isolation.
