Val Anderson has served as the Executive Director of His Grace Foundation since 2004. She has been involved with HGF since its inception, working on the grassroots level to help the organization take flight as the best friend and supporter of Erin Kiltz, HGF Founder. Val is a former office manager in commercial mortgage banking and has served and led women's ministry for over 25 years. Val's administrative, fundraising and people skills have expanded HGF to double its program services since she joined 14 years ago.
Communications & Program Director
Hillary has been connected with HGF from the beginning as a dear friend of the Kiltz family since childhood. She joined His Grace Foundation as the Communications & Program Director in May 2021. With 10 years of experience in public relations, marketing, and social media, Hillary most recently worked as the Director of Marketing & Content at a premier children’s e-commerce and editorial company.
Katie brought her accounting expertise to His Grace Foundation in March 2021 after learning about the organization through her friend, HGF Board Member Cathy Marquis. Katie started EmPowered Business Solutions so that she could dedicate herself to being a full-time mom to her two beautiful children, a business owner, and a wife. A Summa Cum Laude alumna of the University of Houston Downtown, Katie received honors as an Outstanding Accounting Graduate of 2011.
Communications & Program Intern
Rylie came to know His Grace Foundation first as a bone marrow transplant patient in 2019. As a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Rylie has become a leader, fundraiser, and advocate on behalf of children with critical illnesses. A Baylor University student soon to graduate with a degree in journalism/public relations and nonprofit marketing, Rylie is the president of Baylor Chi Omega.
